Survey Scout - (previously #1) over 400 companies, has been online since 2003, and has earned the #2 spot.
The Survey Scout website is very well organized and easy to navigate.
They have a very good 'Getting Started' section that will point you in the right direction.
ANYONE can work the SurveyScout plan. It's not country specific.
Survey Scout provides good, prompt, friendly customer service - their support representatives are dedicated to customer support and will respond to paid surveys online queries within a few hours, member or not. Note: their response times have been slipping! Could be the workload?
Survey Scout has a large, comprehensive database of top market research companies offering online paid surveys, focus groups and mystery shopper jobs. The information is always up-to-date.
Personal Note: Survey Scout seemed to be struggling for a few months - the barrage of Survey programs to hit the Internet could have been part of the problem. But they seem to have recovered nicely and have regained most of their popularity and I believe they're here to stay.
